Iris Sunset represents the story of Iris' inner struggle to stay sane and live a normal life after a series of unfortunate events. She's a troubled teenager whose life is more than what a 17 years old can normally handle.
The story begins when she meets with a mysterious school mate, Aeneas, but the true trial for her sanity starts when she witnesses the death of Andreas, her ex-boyfriend who still was a strong presence in her life. She is tormented by the guilt of not saving him and she blames herself for his death.
Things will get even more complicated when she starts realising she's falling in love with Aeneas, the one who protected her after Andreas' death. The inner struggle gets so intense that she's on the edge of losing contact with the real world.
She has her best friends Odette and Celeste by her side, but would that be enough to keep her standing? Would that be enough to keep Iris' free spirit alive, or her stubborness of keeping everyone out of her mind and soul will finally triumph?
