Loving people from your heart and sharing love every day is the most important thing you can offer! How did you find out about deviantART and why did you join the community?I used to play neopets a few years ago- I found out about DeviantArt through other artists who were also on neopets when I was 12, and posted their deviantart link. I still have some neopet art around my gallery from before!:bulletye
Let's make something constructive and fun!Are you interested? No?! The correct answer is "Yes, yes i am, what's this about and how do i take part?" Weeell, i'm glad you asked! I was thinking of starting a (perhaps) interesting and constructive activity with you, my watchers, and with whomever else is interested Show me the piece in YOUR gallery you like most (for whatever reasons, you don't need to justify your choice) and i will show you my choice from YOUR gallery (the piece that caught my eye or speaks to me, it doesn't have to be your best technical work or the most emotional). Remember, it's all subjective, but i think it will be fun to see how others feel about your art!How to do it? Put the thumbnail of your work in your comment (or the link, if you're not a premium member) and post it on this journal. I will reply in the same manner I feel it's very important to let others know of this activity so they can participate here or make their own journal involving their watchers This b

My profession is in computer science, particularly computer graphics, and most of my leisure is spent painting. dA love for everyone! #110 I hope you will find this informative and entertaining!Interviewed artist: DanielHeydecke :icondanielheydecke: Tell us what defines you as a person.Self-reflection. Over the last 10 years I have changed very much. It's because I always question myself. I think that you should always be your own worst critic. It helps you to become a better person. And it means that you're making mistakes, just as everyone else. How did you find out about deviantART and why did you join the community?I had an old account, ages ago. I don't even know why I joined back then, it was while I was still in school. After my time in the military I started to photograph and I remembered this place and that it

Movies you loved, but can't rewatchYeah, you read it right.Mine is, hands down, Sala samobójców. It is not a masterpiece, but it is. For me, at least. I loved it because it connected to me on a deeper level than any other movie i've seen to this date, the same level as this poem did today. Congrats on the DD once again Back to the point. I loved this movie. It might seem foolish to those who have no insight on how the smallest things can affect you when you are in fragile mental state (not that the action in the movie was based around stupid, small things). I loved this movie because it is real, not some Hollywood overrated crap. This is really happening, people go through this. Alone. They are scared, they feel misunderstood. Anyone who read my old journals and talked to me on private knows i've been fighting with my depression demons since i was a teenager and because of that i love this movie.I cried the first

How to get noticed on deviantARTHi there! People asked me several times when I've became 'popular' on this site and in which way. I must admit I smelled a bit of envy in their tones, but the thing that troubled me more was that they didn't think that my work was worth all the pageviews I got over the years. Well, I wanted to explain this little thing right now... dA costed me a lot of work! It wasn't a 'BOOM! POPULAR!' thing at all for me.I had to study other people's methods too and to work hard on improving my art, and it wasn't easy. At all!So tonight I'm sharing with you some methods to get attention by dA community.Don't take them as unquestionable laws, just take them for what they are... Hints. They worked for me but they may not work for you.And now that you have a dA account... What should you do?► POST FINISHED ARTWORKS ONLYYour first post should be a fi

Collection: Laundry DayShare|ArchiveLaundry DayFrom the clothesline strung across the backyard, to the college dorm laundry rooms, to the inner city all-night Laundromats, we all have our memories that begin with helping Mom with Laundry Day, that task that soon became ours alone upon taking flight from the family nest. Laundry day can evoke warm memories of family unity, or cold memories of aching separation and loneliness, the softness of a stack of fresh towels or the hardness of city sidewalks, depending on the time in you life you are remembering. Here is a collection of deviations evoking the full range of Laundry Day duality.

Where is the light to scatter the ghosts, the sight of dawn to shatter the frost? Fears can be hidden, and hearts’ fire kindled, but will shadows be caged and demons faced? The curses of liches linger like winds of winter, and wolves howl a hymn for the undead's hunt… who will be safe from the grim reaper’s swing, and who will fall in its grip?”— HtBlack of theWrittenRevolution
